I know a bunch of boiled eggs who want to try this trip but don't have any idea what it could cost.
Here are the separate legs showing the route passenger cost followed by the rv/auto cost:

Prince Rupert to Ketchikan 54+265
Ketchikan to Prince of Wales Island 30 +200
Prince of Wales Island to Ketchikan 30 +200
Ketchikan to Wrangle 37+207
Wrangle to Petersburg 33 +139
Petersburg to Juneau 66+401
Juneau to Haines 37 + 194
Haines to Skagway 31+112

$2036 total for about 600 miles of water transport.
You can ad or subtract ports to suit yourself (and your budget).
I passed on Sitka

Don't forget to double the passenger costs for two people.
Also, because there seems to be a hidden base cost for each vehicle, the price by length is not linear. Example a 17' car would probably be more like 55% of the cost of my rig which is twice as long.
